Joel Barnett

Broker Joel and his wife Pamela have owned Bear Valley Real Estate and Vacation Rentals since 2002. Joel has performed literally hundreds of real estate sales in the Bear Valley area. Owning a home at 7000' brings its own idiosyncrasies and Joel is truly the High Mountain Expert of mountain property. Originally from the Berkeley/Oakland area, Joel spent 15 years as an Equity Options Market Maker on the Pacific Stock Exchange before trading his urban life for the country. Has has been a 35-year youth and high school soccer coach. Joel is also an avid surfer and skier. Joel is currently the President of the Bear Valley Business Association.
