Ski High Ranch, is a small private community 5 miles west of Bear Valley.

• There are 249 private lots, several with view opportunities. Approximately 130 are developed.  35% of owners own more than one lot. The mutual water system was completely replaced in 2018 at the cost of $4 Million.

• All distribution lines, pumps, water boxes and valves were replaces and fire hydrants were installed. $750,000 brand new snow removal equipment was purchased in 2019. The paved County roads leading into the community are plowed throughout winter by the HOA, allowing cars to have access year round to about 25% of the community. (4×4/AWD with high clearance in winter)  and the winter parking area. The remaining roads are snow groomed by snow cat.

• Homeowner’s Association Dues are currently $1160 per year. Including water, snow removal and a healthy reserve fund.
