This is a great house for entertaining and having house guests. This Bear Valley house has unique architecture that makes it interesting tot he eye. Unlike so many mountain homes, this house has been extremely well maintained with a fresh coat of stain, a newer deck, and a newer roof.

Three large bedrooms grace the lower floor where there is also a full-sized utility and laundry room. The main floor is open for entertainment and flow. The kitchen is enormous, which is great because everyone ends up there anyway while entertaining. The top floor is a huge loft with several sleeping areas and a half bath. This home is located in the center of Bear Valley and it is as easy to get to the lake as it is to get to the central Village.
